One of my mums dishes, always a winner.
Start by putting the rice on to cook. While the rice is cooking, dry fry two pork steaks until brown (for two people or two meals). Then add a can of pineapple with juice, 1 tsp. of mild curry powder and 2 tbsp. of mango chutney. Stir together and if the sauce looks a little dry add a splash of water. Add some sweetcorn or peas if you’d like a bit of veg and enjoy! According to my mum this is inspired by Good Housekeeping or the cooking bible!
