Super quick, took no more than 15 minutes!
Start with boiling the pasta and after it has been boiling for a few minutes put the broccoli into boil. The pasta should take 10 minutes or until al dente. For the sauce cut up an onion and a clove of garlic and fry until golden brown with some oil. Then add come chilli flakes, Italian herbs and one tbsp of tomato purée and stir. Add two chopped up sausages and fry until they are cooked through. I also had some slightly mushy cherry tomatoes left over which I added at this stage chopped up. Add a can of pasata and 50 gm of Stilton if you have it, to make the sauce extra yummy. Let the sauce bubble for 5 minutes or until it looks a bit thicker. Add salt and pepper and enjoy!
