My boyfriend is rowing in a head today (a race) so heavy carbs and calories needed. Not the healthiest of dishes but very yummy..
Start by frying a sliced onion until brown, then add 2 cloves of crushed garlic and cook on a slightly slower heat for another couple of minutes. Then add sliced cooking bacon and slices of chorizo. At this stage put the pasta onto boil. Once the meat looks cooked add 1tsp of smoked paprika, a little chilli and pepper. Then add 2 tbsp of plain flour and stir together. Slowly add some milk, the flour acts as a thickener and the milk should turn nice and creamy. If you really want to be indulgent add some cream as well as milk. One the pasta is done mix together. I added sweetcorn to the pasta as a nod to vegetables, but it is up to you. Definitely a dish to fuel a very active day!
