Sorry for the lack of posts this week, has been very busy and lots of evenings out, fireworks, Christmas light switch on… The list goes on so I’ve grabbed a sandwich on the move.
Back to food, a sausage sarnie has to be the best hangover cure alive. It definitely go me through today!
Start by buying as good quality sausages as you can afford, this really makes a difference. Put which ever bread you chose to use in to heat. My favourite is a warm buttered French baguette.
Then fry the sausages, I made extra to go in a toad in the hole. Fry with a thinly sliced onion and 1tsp of traditional flavoured chutney. Fry on a medium high heat until the meat is cooked all the way through, assemble and enjoy a heavenly breakfast!
