Scrambled Egg and Bacon

Sunday brunch, you simply can’t beat it. Even more so when bacon is involved…
Scrambled eggs are so quick and easy they are a great place to start if your a cooking novice. Start by cracking 1 or 2 eggs (depending on how hungry you are) with a splash of milk, a little butter and some pepper. Whisk together and stand while the bacon is cooking. If you fry your bacon then use the same pan for the eggs it is really tasty. Fry your bacon on a medium heat until nice and crispy. Once it looks nearly done, put your toast/muffins/carb of choice on to cook and put your bacon on one side. Add the eggs to the pan the bacon was cooking in and cook on a medium heat, keeping them moving and making sure they don’t stick. They should be done after 3-4 minutes. Butter your toast, serve with a brew and enjoy!
