Leftover Gratin with Fried Egg

Such a quick yummy meal.
Simple fry some on the left over pototo gratin with a little oil and any leftover vegetables for roughly 5-10 minutes on a medium heat. Then in the same pan push the potatoes to the side and crack an egg. Served the potatoes and vegetables with the fried egg, salt and pepper and enjoy!
