Chicken Korma

You can’t beat making your own curry even if you live on the curry mile.. I cheated and used a jarred sauce from Aldi which was fantastic!
It is easy to pimp up a jarred sauce, start by frying a chopped onion and a couple of cloves of garlic. Fry with some oil on a medium heat until golden brown. Then add 3 diced chicken breasts and continue to cook on a medium heat until cooked through and brown. Then simply add the sauce and spices, cook your rice, fire a knann in the oven and serve with some mango chutney. Delicious!
