A dish that many people find very daunting to try, but is super quick and easy.
Start by cutting up 50gm of chorizo and one chicken breast and frying. Once they look nearly cooked add some asparagus (or any veg of your choice) and continue to fry until the chicken is cooked through. Turn the heat down and add, 1/2tsp of curry powder, 1tsp of mango chutney, 2 tsp of soy sauce and half a 500gm tin of pineapple and the liquid. Stir together and once all mixed turn the heat back up until boiling. Feel free to add more mango or more soy sauce if it doesn’t suit your taste. Then put a nest of noodles on to cook, drain and enjoy!
