Start by fry two rashers of bacon with a red onion in some oil until the bacon is cooked. Then add some leftover roast chicken and mix together. Add 1 tsp of plain flour mix into the bacon then add a splash of milk and stir. Add as much milk as you would like-thee more milk the thinner the sauce. I then added some sweet corn at this point. In the mean time put the pasta onto boil and halfway through add some broccoli. Drain when the pasta is cooked and serve with salad and salt and pepper.
