Waffles

Waffles

plain flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, salt, butter, milk

Start by putting the waffle machine on to heat. In a large bowl, whisk 1 cup of plain flour, 2 tbsp caster sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Then in a small bowl, whisk 1 cup of milk and 2 eggs; pour over flour mixture, and whisk gently to combine. If it still looks a bit lumpy give the mixture a quick sieve. Gently whisk in roughly 50gm of melted butter. Follow the cooking instructions on the machine top with lots of nutella and enjoy.
