Creamy Fish Pasta

Creamy Fish Pasta

white fish, onion, leek, carrot, sweet corn, milk, plain flour, pepper, salt, oil, carrot, lemon juice, garlic
30 mins

Fish is meant to be a brain food, with revision and exams I feel like I need all the help I can get at the moment. So fish it is!

Start by frying an onion, crushed clove of garlic and a leek until they are all soft. Then add a sliced carrot and 1tbsp of plain flour and mix in, slowly pour in the milk and stir until the sauce is thick and creamy. Now place the frozen white fish in sauce. It should take about 5-10 minutes to defrost. When the fish is cooking put the pasta on to boil. The fish should take about 10 minutes to cook, add a few drops of lemon juice and lots of pepper and salt at the end and serve.
