Chicken Stir Fry

Stir Fry

sliced vegetables, noodles, chicken, oil, frozen spinach, sweet and sour sauce
15 mins

Stir frys are super easy and healthy, perfect for a lazy dinner. Also found a great product in Sainsburys-frozen spinach balls. 1kg costs £1.50, which is a lot of fresh spinach and you simply throw them in at the end of a meal into a sauce.

Start by frying strips of chicken in a wok/frying pan until cooked. Then add a stir fry vegetable mixture and put a nest of noodles on to cook. Keep the vegetables moving, add the frozen spinach and cook on a medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the sauce and drain the noodles when done and serve with soy sauce.
