Oven Roasted Veg with Honey Chicken

chicken breast, oil, honey, mustard, lemon, asparagus, sundried tomato, cherry tomatoes, bread to mop up the sauce

Start by marinating the chicken in 1tsp of honey, mustard and oil in equal quantities. Put on a baking tray with some asparagus and tomatoes with a drizzle of olive oil and put them all in the oven for 20 minutes at 180c. Once cooked cake out of the oven and serve with some crusty bread, salt and pepper and a little oil and balsamic vinegar. I happened to have sundried tomatoes in the cupboard so added an extra bit of luxury!
