Garlic Prawns with Spaghetti

Super quick and easy, perfect midweek dinner.

Start by putting the spaghetti on to boil. Then crush a clove of garlic and gently fry it in some oil, add the prawns (I used frozen for convenience) and cook for a couple of minutes. Now add a splash of wine and let bubble before adding 1 tbsp of cremefresh and season with salt and pepper. At this stage add the peas to the boiling spaghetti pot. Stir in some spinach into your prawns, serve and enjoy.
