Quick and easy dinner, great if you want something tasty and fast. Also fab for ‘meat free monday!’
Start by putting the pasta on to boil. While the pasta is cooking start frying the onions, after a couple of minutes add sliced mushrooms, add a pinch of chilli flakes and Italian herbs. To the mushrooms add 1 tsp of plain flour and mix in, slowly add milk until the mixture is sauce-like. Thicken up with a dollop of creme fraiche salt and pepper and enjoy.
