Yotam Ottolenghi is one of my favorite chefs, if you haven’t seen any of his recipes they are worth a look! Lots of middle eastern and mediterranean influences his food is always delicious but does require lots of herbs and spices. Great for a vegetarian dinner, shakshuka is a north African dish, with gooey poached eggs and served with lots of chunky bread-bliss..
