As you can see from the background, hard at work with revision. Fish is meant to be a brain food so I will take all the help I can get!
Start by cooking the fish cake following the pack instructions. When there is 15 minutes left put the rice on to boil, after 5 minutes in a separate frying pan melt a knob of butter and mix with a tbsp of plain flour. Slowly add milk to the mixture until you have a thick white sauce, season with salt, pepper and a little nutmeg and when the rice is cooked mix in together. Add a handful of dill to the dish and serve on a bed of spinach.
