Pre heat the oven at 180c. Wrap your salmon fillet in a slice of parma ham and place in a baking tray. Add 100ml of fish stock to the baking tray and a handful of cherry tomatoes and sliced sundried tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon (and a bit of lemon zest if you like it lemony!) slice the lemon and add to the baking tray. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is flakey. While the salmon is cooking, put the orzo on to cook and serve.
