Oven Baked Salmon with Parma Ham

Oven Baked Salmon with Parma Ham

salmon fillets, lemon, butter, orzo, cherry tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, fish stock, parma ham

30 mins

Pre heat the oven at 180c. Wrap your salmon fillet in a slice of parma ham and place in a baking tray. Add 100ml of fish stock to the baking tray and a handful of cherry tomatoes and sliced sundried tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and a squeeze of lemon (and a bit of lemon zest if you like it lemony!) slice the lemon and add to the baking tray. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is flakey. While the salmon is cooking, put the orzo on to cook and serve.
